At PANGAIA, we are committed to our mission of design with purpose and hope you love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box before sealing it securely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
